HIPE is now able to notify you by e-mail of important events relating to your use of the application. You will find below the first two use cases of these e-mail notifications.
Forgot your password to access HIPE? No worries, we got you covered.
Click on ‘Forgot password’ on Sign in page. You will be redirected to a page where you will need to indicate the e-mail address for your account in HIPE.
You will receive an e-mail with a link to that address to reset your password. Follow the link and set new password.
You can now invite users to HIPE by sending them an e-mail with invitation to join. From the Contact details page enable access HIPE and click on ‘Send invitation link’ button.
The contact person will receive an e-mail with a link to proceed with the account creation in HIPE and will be able to set up their password and have instant access to HIPE.
