Create a product in HIPE 🕹️

A much awaited feature for our users, it is now possible for an Administrator user to create new products in HIPE.

From the Settings section, go to Product, click on Create Product.

When you click on Create a product, a pop-up window appears and asks you to fill in the first key information:

• Product name in French
• Product name in English
• Product category to which this new product should belong

"General" tab

The general tab allows you to:

• Define or modify the product name that both internal and external users will see.

As a reminder, HIPE is a tool that supports English and French at this stage. We therefore recommend to configure the product name in both languages.

• Define or modify the category to which the product belongs.
• Upload photos and images of the product. There is no limit to the number of pictures and the user can define which one will be displayed first in the configurator.
